2025 Rotary Club of Lake City Christmas Parade

The Rotary Club of Lake City is excited to announce our 2025 Christmas Parade. The parade is scheduled for December 13th at 6:00pm. Our theme this year is One Heart, One Holiday. Our theme will align with Rotary International's theme of "Unite for Good."

Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, December 5th. The application fee is $25 for all entrants and must be paid prior to December 6th. The fee can be paid via Eventeny Application or mailed to Rotary Club of Lake City 224 E Duval St Lake City, FL 32055.

Thanks to all who wish to participate in this year’s parade! The Lake City Christmas Parade would not be possible without all of your hard work. We want to make this event a safe and fun family night and a wonderful part of the holiday season. 

1. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid before registration closes 12/6/2025
2. Entry MUST be decorated. Non-decorated entries will not be allowed to participate.
3. Themes must be holiday, patriotic, or whimsical. No political organizations/candidates or controversial topics. This will be at the discretion of the organizers.
4. No refueling of generators after parade starts.
5. There is NO parking for riders/walkers at parade line-up.
6. No items (candy or other) may be thrown from any entry. Items may be handed by walkers.
7. Alcoholic beverages and other controlled substances are forbidden.
8. Adults MUST be present with children on floats. Children MUST remain seated at all times.
9. Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and insurance.
10. No fireworks or pyrotechnics allowed.
11. Participants must stay on floats at all times once parade is in motion.
12. NO SANTAS! WE HAVE THE "REAL SANTA" AT THE END OF THE PARADE :)
