About the application

This application is for primary food vendors (restaurants, food trucks, etc) that are looking to sell open-container food and beverage. We are expecting 5,000+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event! Please fill out the vendor application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. NOTE: This event is primarily a sampling event in regards to food partners. Food partners will prepare 1,500 samples to serve to ticketed attendees in exchange for marketing and brand awareness. If you would like to be a food partner in a sampling capacity, please email Kaylee at letsparty@sbghospitality.com for more information. Otherwise, very few supplemental food vendors will be accepted. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Bring your appetites to the first ever Fort Worth Fried Chicken & Craft Beer Fest on Saturday, May 21st 12:00-5:00pm! Over 15 participating restaurants will be serving up crispy, fried deliciousness at Panther Island Pavilion. Plenty of cold beverages and treats will be available, live music all day, great shopping with local vendors and a VIP experience for those wanting even more fried chicken goodness.

Terms & Conditions

FOOD HANDLERS PERMITS - Any vendor intending to sample or sell open-container food or beverage must obtain a food handlers permit from the corresponding City/County Health Department for the event(s) in which you are confirmed. Failure to do so may result in loss of vendor fees paid, barring from future events, or prohibition from entering the event grounds without issuance of a refund or credit transfer. Health permit documentation is due to SBG Hospitality via email no less than 14 days prior to the event start date. GREASE AND OTHER WASTE - Food vendors are prohibited from dumping grease on-site at any event. Food vendors agree to transport and remove all grease and other food-related waste to appropriate locations as required by both SBG Hospitality and municipal law of the city in which the event is held. Please contact the Health Department for the corresponding City/County for questions/concerns.
