Prices

Application Fee $20.00 Non-refundable Non-refundable application fee and due at time of vendor application submission.
Vendor Booth Fee $150.00 Non-refundable This includes a 10'x20' booth space. All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment.
Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee $250.00 Non-refundable Any violations of the vendor rules and regulations may result in a Non-Compliance / Damage Fee charge at time of occurrence and possible non-acceptance for future events.
Late Fee $100.00 Non-refundable Late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the August 1, 2025, deadline. Vendors who move-in after the approved window will be charged a late fee at time of occurrence.
