Carolina Indie Fest Vendor Application

Join us for our 8th Carolina Indie Fest featuring 10 bands from the Carolinas and beyond performing on stage over two days!  The bands aren't the only stars of the show, we typically host 40-50 crafty vendors over these two days.  With 2-3,000 visitors our vendors tend to do very well!

This is easy load in/load out - you can drive to your spot, unload, and drive to parking prior to setting up.  We offer overnight security from Friday into Saturday as an incentive for our vendors to stay two days.  Overall the load in on Saturday is much easier when 90%+ of our vendors have their wares already on site.

Our preference is always handmade/homemade items.  We do try and avoid overlapping vendors with similar wares.  We won't consider vendors offering products from MLM companies.

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and we will give preference to crafty vendors with handmade items.

Vendors will want a tent and a light source.  Expect a 10ft x 10ft spot without access to electrical or water.  We need to be notified if you intend to use a generator.  You may purchase additional spots.  We have overnight security and two day vendors may leave their inventory overnight.

We are seeking original work and will not approve applications for Scentsy, Pampered Chef, or other such MLM vendors.

The vendor fee is a nonrefundable fee as the event is rain or shine.  For profit & nonprofit service providers looking for a presence at the festival may purchase sponsorships at the Super Fan level ($850) and above to get vendor spaces.

To remain a vendor in good standing please pack in/pack out and don't leave trash behind for Hugger Mugger staff.  Load in/out instructions will be provided closer to the date of the event.
