About the application
This application includes vendors in categories such as clothing, jewelry, art, home decor, service providers, nature, baked goods and other goods. We are expecting an estimated attendance of 5500 - 7000 attendees and you do not want to miss out. As the event is Monarch themed, we ask that ALL vendors add some sort of orange and black/ butterfly addition to their setup. Please complete the vendor application and wait for approval.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
VENDOR FEES - Vendors will not be granted access to the event grounds or pre-event communications without a paid invoice on file.
BOOTH SPACE - Vendors will have a 10' x 10' space for activation and will need to provide their own 10' x 10' tent, chair(s), table, and power. Vendors will be required to take down tents that are deemed unsafe due to improper staking/weighting of tents by Epic Central staff.
EVENT DURATION - All vendors are required to remain set up and in place for the duration of the event in order to provide a high quality experience for our guest. Vendors may NOT depart from the event prior to the event conclusion without direction from Epic Central staff. (Saturday, October 11th 12p - 5p)
ELECTRICITY AND WATER - Unless specifically noted in pre-event communications, electricity, and water will NOT be available for vendors. Vendors may bring silent generators if needed.
TRASH - All vendors are responsible for cleaning their own immediate area at the conclusion of the event. All liquid or solid waste must be disposed of properly and may not be left at the venue.
WEATHER POLICY AND REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - Flight of the Monarch is a rain-or-shine event, and refunds/credit transfers will not be issued unless approved by Epic Central Staff. Cancellation of the event will be made under the direction of The City of Grand Prairie.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS -
For myself, my guest, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release The City of Grand Prairie and all afffiliated sponsors, vendors, their representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arrising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver. I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, my booth may be changed. I authorize The City of Grand Prairie to photograph or take video footage of me and my property in connection with the events selected in this application. I authorize the use of any such photographic and video footage of me for all marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to, the following mediums: Web Content, Print Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc. I understand that this application does not constitute confirmation of vendor space and that only payment of a vendor invoice may confirm booth space. Without reciept of payment, a booth space will not be provide to me. I authorize The City of Grand Prairie to use my information to send information regarding the listed event (Flight of the Monarch) via email and SMS. The digital signature of this application/submission of event application constitutes a fully enforceable agreement to the terms listed therefore once payment is recieved.
