About the application
Join us in celebrating the first-ever Berkeley Pride street festival! Our theme is CELEBRATING QUEER JOY!
Welcome to the official Berkeley Pride Vendor Application.
Vendor Types
1. Equity Vendor - $225
-Small businesses owned and operated by individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ or QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color).
-Registered nonprofit organizations, regardless of the identities of their staff or leadership.
2. Standard Vendor - $325
-For-profit businesses not classified as LGBTQIA+/QTBIPOC-owned.
-Independent artisans, crafters, or service providers who do not fall into the small business support category.
-Revenue is under $1 million/year.
3. Community Vendor - $425
-Food vendors (due to added health and safety requirements, power, and water needs).
-Government agencies (city departments, public outreach groups, political representatives).
-Large businesses with annual revenue exceeding $1 million.
4. Artist Promenade Vendor - $125
-LGBTQIA+ or QTBIMPOC artists or crafters
All Vendor Booths Typically Include:
-10x10 vendor booth space
-One 6-foot table and 2 chairs
-Standard vendor support services for check-in and clean up
-Publication in our vendor list online once all paperwork has been received and approved
-Food Trucks Only: An extra large space to accommodate your truck (we will coordinate directly with you on sizing)
*Berkeley & East Bay based applications will be prioritized*

All vendor booths are nonrefundable. $25 added to the cost per 10' to include 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs for every vendor.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By completing this application, I consent that Pacific Center for Human Growth/Berkeley Pride and its representatives are not responsible for the sale, distribution, loss, or insurance of any of my company's property including wares sold at this event. Vendors must provide all appropriate licenses including a sellers permit, liability insurance up to $2,000,000 that extends to "Addison x Oxford St. Property Owner", and health permits if serving food. Vendors take full legal responsibility for all items for sale.

- There are a limited number of vendor spaces. Once the limit is reached, vendors may still register online to be placed on a waiting list by completing our 2025 Vendor Waitlist at PacificCenter.org/berkeleypride and will be contacted if a space becomes available.
- Vendors may not set up prior to 8:00 am on Saturday, August 16 and are NOT permitted to set up on Friday evening. Booth teardown is not permitted prior to 5:00p and cars will NOT be permitted to drive through the festival area until after attendees have been completely vacated.
