Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event Details: Little River Patriot's Day Parade will take place on the Little River Waterfront (4474 Waterfront Ave., Little River, SC 29566) on September 13, 2025. Festival hours are 8 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Atmosphere & Conduct: This is a family-friendly event, and we ask all parade entries to contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere. To ensure that all attendees feel comfortable, vendors may not display or distribute items that promote political candidates, parties, controversial social issues, or content that could reasonably be considered offensive, discriminatory, or divisive based on race, ethnicity, religion, or nationality. Non-compliant vendors will be asked to remove the item(s). Repeat or serious violations may result in removal from the festival without refund.
Eligibility: Parade entries are available to local patrons and approved businesses or community service organizations. Only the patron, business or organization listed on the application may operate in the assigned parade line-up. All floats, vehicles and entries are subject to review for compliance. The Little River Patriot's Day committee reserves the right to reject any item entry that does not align with the parade/festival’s standards or mission. The decision of the committee is final.
Entries: All children 12 and under must be in a vehicle or float; not walking.
-All motorized vehicles must be driven by a driver with a valid driver's license and maintain a speed of 2mph.
-Candy must be tossed under hand and not thrown. Promo items must be handed out, not tossed.
-All entries must be keep a safe distance from the entry in front of you and limit stops. Do not pause and chat or leave gaps between entries.
-Public consumption of alcohol is not allowed on the parade route.
-Detailed parade line-up information will be provided the week prior to the parade. This will include your placement number in the parade line-up along with any other pertinent information.
-No refunds, this is a rain or shine event.
Acceptance: The application deadline is August 15, 2025. All vendors are subject to approval by festival management. Payments will only be processed for accepted vendors. Acceptance is considered a commitment to participate. There will be no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or removals due to rule violations. The event is rain or shine.
Liability & Insurance: Parade entrants are responsible for insuring their property, staff, and equipment. The Little River Patriot's Day and the Little River Chamber of Commerce are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury. All vendors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Motorized vehicles may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Pets: No pets or animals are permitted within the parade route, festival grounds or vendor booths, including emotional support animals. ADA-compliant service animals are allowed.
Special Requests: We will make every effort to honor special requests but cannot guarantee accommodations. Please use the “Special Requests” line on the application.
Agreement Acknowledgement: By signing the application, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions set forth in these terms.
