WINTERFEST GIFT MARKET

Location: Virginia Ave & Lanier Blvd (streets closed for the festival)

About: A festive holiday gift market with music, food, drinks, and 60 local vendors. Free to attend!

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS

We are reserving space within the market for 15-20 Young Entrepreneurs (under 18 years old) to sell their creations.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Apply with this form + $25 application fee
If accepted, no additional booth fees apply
Applications due October 17 (midnight)
Acceptance notifications sent by November 1

BOOTH DETAILS

Parental supervsion required during shift
Choose your preferred time slot in the application and we'll do our best to accommodate
- Morning: 11 AM - 1 PM
- Afternoon: 2 - 4 PM
- Full Day: 11 AM - 4 PM

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Morning & Afternoon shifts: white tent, chairs, + 6 ft. table with linen
Full Day shift: white tent only

GUIDELINES

These booths are for children under 18 years old, not parents. If it's apparent that parents are running the majority of the booth, future participation will require applying as a standard vendor.
Young Entrepreneurs should bring: products, payment option, change for cash sales, extra tables, and decor as needed.
Booth assignments and setup details will be shared prior to December 13

About the event

Virginia Highland Winterfest is a 1-day festival that kicks off with a 5k Jingle Jog, followed by a lively Holiday Parade. The day will rev up with one of the biggest in-town holiday gift markets, with music and a Kids Corner to pair. New this year! The Virginia-Highland Civic Association’s Tour of Homes is spreading extra cheer and joining the magical weekend. Take a ticketed tour of stunning VaHi homes from Dec. 13-14 and join us in supporting this festive fundraiser.

Young Entrepreneurs must have consent from a parent or guardian to participate.
$25 application fee is non-refundable.
If approved, there are no booth fees to have a booth at the event.
