About the application

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a food vendor at the Loblolly Festival. Food vendors are defined as vendors that sell food products that are cooked on site or vendors that sell food or beverage items that need to be kept at a certain temperature. PLEASE NOTE: Laurel Main Street will assign booth space based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to electricity and water requirements, food type, and booth size. We do not accept booth location requests and while we will do our best to place returning vendors in the same location as prior years, we will not guarantee placement. Food vendors will be located in yellow booth spaces with the "F" prefix shown on the map.

About the event

The Loblolly Festival is held annually on the first Saturday in October and celebrates Laurel’s heritage as a sawmill town. There is no entrance fee and the festival fills the streets from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Vendors from several states, artists, crafters and craftsmen set up shop in the streets of downtown Laurel for this one day event. Live music of various genres can be heard throughout the day. Activities for children of all ages abound and range from free art fun to rides, jumps and maybe even a bucking bronco! Food ranges from your first funnel cake of the fall to corn dogs, chicken on a stick and every variety of festival food imaginable.

Terms & Conditions

The Festival Sponsor, Laurel Main Street, nor the City of Laurel is responsible for any lost/stolen/vandalized/damaged property during the Festival activities. The Festival Sponsor, Laurel Main Street, and the City of Laurel are not responsible for and the concessionaire accepts full responsibility for any injuries to person or property while in or about the concessionaire's booth and any injury to people manning the concessionaire booth. By completing this application, the vendor agrees to the terms and conditions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices

Refundable Deposit	$100.00		There is a $100 refundable deposit which is charged upon application. This deposit will be returned at the conclusion of the festival if the vendor does not create health, safety, or sanitation issues.
Single booth, 12'x20'	$200.00	Non-refundable	There is a $200 booth fee that is charged upon application. PLEASE NOTE: Booth spaces are only 20' long. If your booth is larger than 12'x20', please purchase more than one space. Accommodations will not be made for oversized booths.

Do you have to set up equipment outside your trailer or tent to be able to operate?
Does your operation generate smoke when you’re cooking?
Laurel Main Street will assign booth space based on a variety of factors. We do not accept booth location requests.
