DCAF 2026 Live Performer Application
About the application
The City of Tuscaloosa is excited for the 17th annual Druid City Arts Festival in 2026! Any live performer wishing to showcase their talents at The Druid City Arts Festival event should apply using this form. Applications are due by 11:59pm on January 9, 2026. All applications must include a link to a website or online video that demonstrates at least three live songs being performed. If no online channel is available, applicants may submit a jump drive or CD that includes a live recording of at least three songs. This can be mailed to or dropped off at the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater Box Office at 2710 Jack Warner Parkway, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401, Monday-Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm. About the event
Terms & Conditions
Selected performers will be required to enter into an agreement with the City of Tuscaloosa, to be completed no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled performance, and provide a current W-9 and invoice to the City at least three weeks prior to performance date. Payment will be in the form of a check and will be delivered to the performer on event day.
The Druid City Arts Festival is scheduled for Friday, April 10th 5-9pm and Saturday, April 11th 10am-5pm. Times for performances will depend on the number of performances approved. You will receive more information about performance times in your approval email.
Cancellation policy: Once an agreement has been executed, the performer will receive a deposit for the engagement. In the event the performer cancels the engagement, performer must return the deposit. In the event the City cancels the engagement, City shall forfeit the deposit. If the engagement is cancelled after the event start time, the City agrees to pay 100 percent of the performer fee.
The City will contract with a production company for sound and lighting and details for production will be included in the confirmation email.
