MOVE IN TIMES for Market Days of Lawrence - Fall 2025 will be on Friday September 26, 8AM-12PM. Booths must be set up by 12:30PM on Friday (event opens at 1pm), and ALL vehicles (unless being used for your booth) must be out of the event area by 12:00PM. No exceptions. Booths may not be taken down until Saturday, September 27th at 5PM (even if you sell out of merchandise). There is a $100 fine for closing your booth before the event ends.
We do not supply canopies, tables, water, or electricity for outside vendors. We only provide the designated exhibitor area and larger spaces to accommodate food trailers or trucks.
The Producer will furnish exhibitor with a 10x10 area, site security, and extensive advertising (targeted internet ads, radio spots, banners, email blasts, Facebook & Instagram, and coupons).
Insurance, which is recommended, must be obtained by each Exhibitor at his or her own expense. The Producer Buzz Event LLC and any companies affiliated with Buzz Event LLC and Z&M Twisted Vines Vineyard assume no risk; and by the acceptance of this agreement, the Exhibitor expressly releases the Producer and City of Lawrence of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental and occupation of said space by the Exhibitor, and agrees to hold and save the Producer harmless of any loss or damage by reason thereof.
Exhibitor will be required to follow all applicable laws, ordinances, exhibition rules and regulations, and terms of the lease between Buzz Event, LLC. and the facility owner. Sales tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor’s name and address will be given to the Department of Revenue responsible for each of the show sites.

By submitting this application, I agree to the terms & conditions of participation in Market Days. I understand I must staff my booth the entire event and will not be allowed to take down before the event closes or a $100 fine will be charged. Please note that only white tents are allowed at Market Days. Additionally, I acknowledge that booth fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. By submitting my application, I acknowledge & accept these terms as part of my participation in Market Days.

By submitting this application to participate in Market Days, I/we hereby release, acquit, & forever discharge Market Days, its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, partners, employees, affiliates, subcontractors, and suppliers from any & all liability of any kind. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, breach of contract, & any other suits, demands, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, known or unknown. This release applies to all matters arising from this application or the rental of booth/space, whether inside or outside the event.
Payment Terms:
*A 50% deposit of the booth fee will be charged to your credit card within 1–3 days of application approval.
*The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to the event.
*Any Add-On selections will be charged in full (100%) within 1–3 days of application approval.
