Join us for one of the hottest summer events in North Georgia! Endless SummerFest is a free, family-friendly festival celebrating sunshine, good vibes, and community. Hosted by Goin’ Social Events, this all-day experience features live music, local vendors, cold drinks, kids activities, and more... all set against the scenic backdrop of The Mill on Etowah.

We're seeking a variety of vendors including:

👚 Boutique & vintage retailers

*NO CBD or FOOD VENDORS ALLOWED DUE TO VENUE RESTRICTIONS. Packaged snacks, drinks, are okay. 

Vendor Fee Includes:

• 5'x5' or less booth space

• Estimated attendance: 2,000+ throughout the day (based on last years attendance)

• Support from a friendly and organized event team

1. Booth Space & Setup

• Each vendor will be provided a designated 5x5 or smaller booth space unless otherwise arranged.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and setup materials.

• All tents must be weighted down for safety. Stakes are not permitted on concrete or pavement.

• Setup must be complete by 11:30 AM. Vehicles must be moved from vendor loading areas by 11:15 AM.

• Breakdown begins at 8:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event staff.

2. Permits, Licensing & Compliance

• All vendors must comply with local health department and fire safety regulations.

• Food vendors must display required permits and provide a fire extinguisher at their booth.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

• Vendor booth fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.

• This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be given for weather-related changes unless deemed unsafe by organizers.

4. Conduct & Presentation

• Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and friendly environment.

• Noise levels (e.g., music, generators) must not disrupt neighboring booths or event programming.

• No subletting or sharing of booth space is allowed without prior approval.

5. Electricity & Wi-Fi

• Electricity is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.

• Wi-Fi is not provided; please plan accordingly for any payment processing needs.

6. Liability & Insurance

• Vendors are participating at their own risk and must hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, and event sponsors from any claims, loss, or damage.

• Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance, especially if handling food, beverages, or high-value items.

7. Promotion & Media

• By participating, vendors agree to allow their business name, booth, and products to be photographed and shared for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing platforms.

8. Waste & Clean-Up

• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, packaging, and debris from their area.

• Booth spaces should be left in the condition they were found.

9. Event Organizer Rights

• Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately toward staff, attendees, or other vendors.

• Booth location and layout are at the discretion of the organizers.
