About the application
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Peaks & Pours 2025!
This event celebrates craft spirits, cigars, and community, and will be held on Saturday, October 4th, from 12 PM to 5 PM at blocktickets Park, Colorado Springs, home of the Rocky Mountain Vibes.
This application is for non-spirits exhibitors. Please complete the information below to be considered. All submissions will be thoughtfully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that space is limited, and submission does not guarantee approval.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms before submitting your application. By participating in Peaks & Pours 2025, the exhibitor agrees to the conditions below:
Alcohol Compliance
All spirits exhibitors must hold a valid Colorado liquor license and comply with all state and local regulations.
Alcohol sampling must follow Colorado laws regarding quantity, ID verification, and responsible service.
Booth Expectations
Each exhibitor is responsible for setup, operation, and cleanup of their space.
Booths must be staffed at all times during event hours.
No sales of alcohol are permitted unless otherwise approved in writing by the Organizer.
Insurance Requirement
All exhibitors must carry general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Peaks & Pours and blocktickets PARK as additionally insured.
Proof of insurance must be submitted by September 15, 2025.
The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of insurance at any time.
Cancellation and Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate this agreement at any time. In such cases, all submitted materials will be returned to the exhibitor.
Exhibitors who need to cancel their participation must notify the Organizer in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations received after that may affect future participation.
Liability and Indemnification
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and quality of their products and services.
Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, event staff, and venue from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the exhibitor’s actions, products, or services during the event.
The Organizer is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of property.
Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the full understanding between the Organizer and the exhibitor and supersedes all previous communications, whether verbal or written.
No changes to this agreement are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Colorado.
