July 4th Vendor Application

Join us for the City of Apopka’s biggest summer celebration! The annual 4th of July Celebration at the Apopka Amphitheater draws thousands of families and community members for an evening of live music, food, and fireworks.

This free, family-friendly event will feature:

• 🎶 Live music from the Private Stock Band

• 🍔 Delicious food and drinks

• 🎈 Kids’ activities and games

• 💥 A spectacular fireworks finale

Event Date: Friday, July 4, 2025
Event Time: 6 PM – 9 PM (Fireworks immediately after)
Location: Apopka Amphitheater
Estimated Attendance: 3,000+

We’re seeking a variety of food vendors, market vendors, and promotional tents to help create a vibrant, festive atmosphere. All vendors must be fully set up by 4:00 PM. Breakdown will begin after the fireworks, no earlier than 9:00 PM.

By applying to vend at the 4th of July Celebration at the Apopka Amphitheater, you agree to the following terms:

Tents & Setup

• Vendors must provide their own 10x10 canopy tent.

• Tent weights are required on all four corners — this is a safety requirement. Unweighted tents will not be permitted to operate.

• Vendors must also bring their own tables, chairs, and displays.

Lighting & Power

• The event will extend into the evening, and while the City will provide area lighting for walkways and public areas, vendors are responsible for providing battery-powered lighting for inside their own tents.

• Power will not be provided. No outlets will be available.

• We recommend bringing lanterns, LED clamp lights, or rechargeable hanging lights. 

Weather & Refund Policy

• This is a rain or shine event.

• Vendor fees are non-refundable and will not be credited due to vendor cancellations or inclement weather.

• In the event of severe weather or lightning, event staff will make the call on delays or cancellation.

Setup & Breakdown

• Setup will begin at 3:00 PM (subject to slight adjustment). Vendors must be fully set up by 4:00 PM.

• Vendors may not begin breakdown until the fireworks have ended (approximately 9:00 PM). No early breakdowns will be permitted.

• Expect to be on-site until at least 10:00 PM.

Clean-Up

• Vendors must bring their own trash cans and remove all trash from their booth space at the end of the event.

• There is no dumpster on-site. Failure to remove trash may affect participation in future events.

Food Vendor Requirements

• If you are selling food under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, make sure your products fall within the approved list.

• If your offerings do not qualify under Cottage Law, you must provide:

  • A valid food license from DBPR or FDACS, AND

  • A copy of your most recent commissary kitchen rental invoice

• All food vendors are expected to comply with local and state food safety regulations.

This event is a great opportunity to stay visible during Market on Fifth’s summer break and connect with thousands of locals at a major city celebration.
