Magical Booth Vendors

Welcome to the Fairytale Finds Winter Market!
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in becoming a vendor and joining our magical community. To apply, please complete the application as thoroughly as possible. Rest assured, you’ll hear back from us regardless of the outcome — we just ask for a bit of patience as we review each submission with care.

Our booth prices start at $125 per day. You must participate in both days. If you are accepted you will receive acceptance email with a link to secure your booth. There is an option to purchase a 10x20 as well. 

All fees are non-refundable. Fees are transferable on a case to case basis. This event is rain or shine. All tickets for this event are pre-sold, all attendees are committed to coming.

At Fairytale Finds Winter Market, we are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and drama-free environment for all vendors and guests. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, or unnecessary conflict among vendors.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke participation from any vendor who does not adhere to our community standards or event guidelines.

Please note: This market is exclusively for vendors selling fairytale and/or Disney-inspired items. If your products do not align with this theme, we kindly ask that you do not apply.
