Please read thoroughly before submitting your registration.
Event Dates & Times
- Saturday, August 23: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday, August 24: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Event takes place at the Frankenmuth Credit Union Event Field, 925 S. Main Street, Frankenmuth, MI 48734.
Registration & Fees
- The registration fee is $200 per vendor participant.
- Payment is required in full upon approval of your application.
- Credit card only. No day-of payments will be accepted.
- Spaces are limited and not guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Vendor/participant spaces may not be sold, transferred, or sublet under any circumstance.
- Electricity is available for an additional fee of $25 for a point-of-sale system only.
Display Requirements
- We welcome business, artisan, craft vendors — but all displays must be safe, respectful, and appropriate for a family environment.
- Vendors must be self-contained. Limited Electricity is provided for an additional fee of $25 and will be first come first served based on the order applications were received.
- You must also provide your own extension cords, strip plugs, etc. as well as rugs/mats to cover the chords. The electricity should only be used for POS system. You must ask about additional equipment that needs to be powered if more than a POS system. If additional equipment is utilized without discussing with the Frankenmuth River Place Shops team, you are subjected to a $50 fee.
Event Features & Limitations
- No alcohol, or beverage sales are permitted by vendor participants.
- No ready to eat food sales are permitted by vendor participants.
- Activities may include farm-themed games, demonstrations, a small petting zoo, and vendor booths.
- Event takes place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
Setup & Departure
- Setup is permitted between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on event days.
- All vendors must be in place and ready to display by 11:00 AM sharp.
- Participants are encouraged to remain through posted event hours. The event grounds close at 8:00 PM Saturday and 7:00 PM Sunday.
- All displays must be dismantled and cleared within one hour of the event closing each day unless prior approval is granted.
Cleanliness & Conduct
- Participants are responsible for keeping their display areas clean and free of trash.
- Trash should be bagged and left along the event field perimeter — do not use on-site trash cans. A $50 fine will be issued if this rule is not followed.
- Polite and respectful conduct is expected at all times. Rudeness, profanity, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal from the event and disqualification from future participation.
Public Liability Insurance
All participants bringing equipment or displays onto the Frankenmuth Credit Union Event Field and/or Frankenmuth River Place Shops property must carry public liability insurance that is suitable, adequate, and appropriate for their level of involvement in the event. Proof of insurance must be submitted with your application. This requirement applies to all exhibitors, vendors, and activity providers — anyone on-site other than general attendees.
Legal Compliance
Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including proper licensing, tax collection, and health/safety regulations as needed.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify Frankenmuth River Place Shops, its officers, staff, and affiliated entities, against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses — including subrogation claims by insurers — arising from their participation.
Frankenmuth River Place Shops is not responsible for damage, theft, weather-related losses, equipment failure, or any other unforeseen events or acts of God.
Participation is at the sole risk of the exhibitor. Secure your own insurance for property and liability coverage.
Cancellations & Withdrawals
- Cancellations received in writing no less than 7 days prior to the event will be honored, but a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures may result in disqualification from future events and forfeiture of your fee.
Non-Disparagement Clause
Participants agree not to make any disparaging remarks, either written or verbal, about Frankenmuth Farm Fest, Frankenmuth River Place Shops, its staff, affiliates, or ownership. Violations of this clause may result in immediate removal from the event and exclusion from future opportunities.
General Rights Reserved
Frankenmuth River Place Shops reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.
Event organizers may remove any participant or display that deviates from the submitted and approved application or violates these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Any amendments will be communicated in writing and become effective immediately.
