NC Underground Toy Swap Returns to Dragon’s Hoard – August 23rd, 10AM–3PM!

The NC Underground Toy Swap is back at Dragon’s Hoard on Saturday, August 23rd from 10AM to 3PM—and this time, we’re taking it indoors! Enjoy a cool, climate-controlled space to buy, sell, and trade your favorite collectibles and toys without breaking a sweat.

Booth spaces are just $20 (table and chairs will be provided), helping cover the cost of the indoor venue and air conditioning. Yes, these swaps are usually free, but we think you’ll love the added comfort for both vendors and attendees.

Vendor Terms & Conditions:

1. Application & Approval:

All vendors must submit an application through Eventeny. Applications are subject to approval by event organizers. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation message.

2. Payment:

The $20 table fee is to be paid in cash at check-in on the day of the event. No advance payment is required.

3. Tables & Equipment:

Each vendor is provided one table and two chairs.

Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional display items they may need.

Table sharing is permitted, but both parties must be listed on the application.

4. Indoor Space:

This is an indoor, climate-controlled event.

Space is limited; please keep displays within the boundaries of your assigned table.

5. Sales & Transactions:

Vendors are responsible for their own sales and payment methods.

The event is a swap-friendly space—trading is encouraged!

No food or beverage sales are allowed.

6. Conduct & Cleanliness:

Vendors are expected to act professionally and respectfully to others.

All vendor areas must be kept clean and left in good condition at the end of the event.

Dragon’s Hoard reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave for violation of these terms.

7. Cancellation Policy:

If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the space to someone else.

No-shows may be excluded from future events.

8. Liability:

Dragon’s Hoard and NC Underground Toy Swap are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own merchandise and personal property.
