July 4th Vendor Application

Toys and trinkets, arts and crafts, snacks and thirst quenchers add to the fun of The Fourth. Come be a vendor in the First Baptist Church Parking Lot behind Back Porch Bistro between North Main Street and North Dalton Street.

We all just want to have fun. Nothing naughty, nothing nasty, nothing hurtful. Nothing that would embarrass your momma. No political signs or speeches. When you sign this application you are agreeing to hold harmless the City of Ellijay and its employees, Engage in Gilmer and its volunteers for any damage or problems you may have while your having fun with us.  You are also agreeing to clean up after your pets. We are not responsible for them or bad weather.

• Spaces are 12' X 12'. Spaces cannot be sublet.
• Set up is noon to 2 p.m.
• Vehicles must be moved by 2 p.m. 
• Sales are from from 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• No vehicles are allowed back in the area until 8:30 unless okayed by festival staff. 
• Vendors who need power will need a quiet generator. 
• Food vendors need to provide a trash can
• You will be responsible for paying7% sales tax
