Terms & Conditions

This is a juried market. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot in the market.

Upon acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation with event details & load-in/load-out protocols.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

**Requirements**

  • All Food Vendors must have the proper licencing from the local county/town to serve food to the public.
  • All Vendors must have a sanitation & handwashing station for their booth/truck

Prices

Food Truck Vendor $150.00 Non-refundable Food Truck Vendors Welcome! All vendors must provide copies of their Temporary Food Service Permits from the county and COI. We will only have 1 type of each vendor.
Tent & Table: Booth Setup Rental (Optional) $150.00 Non-refundable Simplify your PlayPalooza experience with our convenient tent and weights rental package! For just $100, secure a commercial-grade 10x10 white tent and the necessary weights to ensure a safe and professional setup. This option is perfect for those who do not own a suitable tent or prefer to avoid the hassle of transporting and setting up their own. Make your PlayPalooza participation stress-free and focus on connecting with families!
