About the application

Welcome to the event!
This year, we are jurying in all of our vendors to create a more curated and unique experience for our guests. This also increases the opportunity for our amazing vendors to make a profit!

For example: If you are selected and you sell 3D-printed items, we will do our best to limit the number of other vendors selling similar products.

To Apply:
Send us a short description of what you sell and a few photos of your work.

What’s Included with Your Vendor Ticket:

  • 1 admission ticket (for you)

  • One 12x24-foot space for your setup
    (Your storefront, sleeping quarters, vehicle, and chill area must all fit within this space. If you need more room, no worries, space expansions are available!)

Set-Up & Break-Down Times:

  • Set-up: Begins Thursday at 8:00 AM

  • Break-down: Must be completed by Sunday at 5:00 PM

  • We stop allowing vendor vehicles into the vendor area after 12:00 PM on Friday

Power:
We do not provide electricity at this time. However, whisper-type generators are allowed with prior approval.

Category Definitions:
Please choose the most appropriate category for your work:

  • Jewelry: Any material. If your jewelry involves materials from another category, still choose “Jewelry.”

  • Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, either functional or sculptural.

  • Fiber: Wearable and non-wearable items.

  • Glass: Functional or sculptural. Includes kiln forming, blowing, molding, casting, and cold working.

  • Metal: Sculptural or decorative metalwork.

  • Mixed Media: Combines two or more materials in one piece.

  • Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments only.

  • Natural Materials: Basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from natural materials.

  • Photography: Traditional film, digital, emulsion transfers, hand-colored images. Only original work is accepted.

  • Printmaking: Hand-pulled, original, limited-edition prints that are signed and numbered.

  • Sculpture: 3D works created using additive or subtractive techniques.

  • Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital artwork.

  • Wood: Original woodwork that is hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned, or carved.

By submitting this application and selecting your booth space, you are entering into an electronic agreement and approving the terms listed above.

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT INFO * READ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Camping is primitive: Drinking water is scarce, and potable water may not be near your camp (or available at all). BRING YOUR OWN WATER.

Cell service is unreliable: Plan accordingly!

☀️ ❄️ Weather can be wild in the PNW – Come prepared for anything!

Fire Permits are available at the Wake & Bake Mobile Coffee House.
To get one, you MUST have:

  • An above-ground fire pit (no digging allowed)

  • 5 gallons of water

  • A shovel

No unattended or unauthorized fires. They will be extinguished, and you may be asked to leave. DO NOT leave your fire unattended!

If you leave the event for any reason, you will have to pay full price to re-enter. Come prepared and plan ahead.

Help keep the land beautiful and ticket prices low. Take your trash with you.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Wristbands must be worn at all times!
Anyone without a wristband may be asked to either purchase one at full price or leave the event, at the discretion of staff.

Only ADA-compliant service animals allowed (must be leashed at ALL times). Be prepared to answer the two legally permitted questions under the ADA. No exceptions.

No unauthorized generators.
Only quiet-style generators may be approved, check with staff before bringing one.

No minors under 18 without a parent or legal guardian.

Gate Closures MAY Happen Without Notice due to:

  1. Safety issues

  2. Security concerns

  3. Reaching site capacity

If we’re full, the gate closes: no matter what time it is. Plan ahead when coordinating ride shares or group arrivals. Latecomers may not be admitted.

Artisan Vending $60.00 Non-refundable Includes one 12' wide x 24' deep booth space. Please note: Gate Price is $90 limited supply available, so register early to save! This is your main vending space.
Expansion Space (Deep Only) $25.00 Non-refundable Need more room behind your booth? Grab a 12' x 24' deep-only expansion space. Note: This cannot be used for additional selling frontage, it’s meant for storage, backdrops, or work areas only. If you need more front-facing vending space, please purchase an additional full booth.
