Festival Setup for Food Truck will begin at 9:30 AM. Please drop your trailer (if necessary) and immediately move your vehicle. Space is tight with more than 150 vendors and keeping traffic flowing will make everyone happier.
All cars must be outside festival grounds before 1:00 PM and booth setup will be complete by 1:30 PM. No vehicles will enter festival grounds before 8:00 PM.
Vendors that break down before 8:00 PM will be excluded from future events. Vendors that fail to show up to the festival will be excluded from future events.
Access to electricity is sold separately. You are responsible for keeping your booth space well-lit for the entirety of the event.
The Wine, Arts, & Craft Brew Festival is considered a "Rain or Shine" event, and booth space fees will not be refunded due to weather.
VENDORS THAT FAIL TO SHOW UP THE DAY OF THE EVENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO EXCLUSION FROM FUTURE FESTIVALS. Vendors who are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances should call 469-309-9035 as soon as possible to alert organizers of the issue.
ALL VENDORS MUST REMAIN UNTIL 8 PM UNLESS THE FESTIVAL CLOSES EARLY AT THE REQUEST OF LOCAL OFFICIALS. Vendors that break down their booths before 8:00 PM will be subject to possible exclusion from future events.
All Vendors will leave their booth space as they found it. Any damage or alteration to city/festival property will result in a fine and inability to return to future events. This includes Grease Stains, Trash, Permanent Markings, or Leftover Materials.
VENDORS SELLING OR GIVING AWAY CONSUMABLE GOODS MUST PURCHASE A TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT FROM THE CITY OF MIDLOTHIAN CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE AND ADHERE TO THE CITY'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ON EVENT DAY. VENDORS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY CODE ENFORCEMENT ON EVENT DAY. Consumable goods includes bottled water and prepackaged food or candy. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL BY OFFICIALS.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A SALES TAX ID NUMBER, DISPLAY THEIR SALES TAX CERTIFICATE IN THEIR BOOTH THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL, AND COLLECT SALES TAX FOR ITEMS SOLD. Vendors and their booths are subject to inspection from the State Comptroller's Office and may be subject to a Sales Tax Audit if found to be in non-compliance.
By completing the Vendor Application Process, you agree that the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce has permission to process the required payment(s) before the event for which payment is intended.
There is processing fees included on credit card and platform service fees from eventeny.
The exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit business organization and is undertaking the sponsorship of and provision of exhibition space for the benefit of and as a service to its members and affiliates. Accordingly, the exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce and does hereby assume all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities to losses, property damages, or personal injuries resulting directly or indirectly from the installation, operation, maintenance, dismantling, and removal of exhibits and displays, and, therefore, the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce will have no responsibility.
By participating in this event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
