- I understand that this is an application only. I will NOT be charged anything today. If I am selected by the jurors, I will pay for my booth(s) at that time.
- If accepted into the show, I agree to abide by the rules of the Christmas Connection. I accept full responsibility for setting up, manning, and dismantling my exhibit. I understand that failure to show or cancellation of reservation results in forfeiting my fee. General release: The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge the directors/employees of the Christmas Connection and the City of Kingsport, Tennessee, of and from all manner of action, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law and equity, from loss or damage to the undersigned property or from personal injury while exhibiting in the above named show.
