About the event

The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation was established by The Carmines family with a mission to serve the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton community while honoring their son. Through our annual Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, we work to make a difference in our home and pay tribute to those who have come before us - while sharing some of the best seafood on the Island! Each and every ticket we sell helps to provide funds for non-profits that benefit our beloved Lowcountry, offer meaningful experiences rooted in Southern hospitality, and bring people together with a shared love of seafood. We are proud and humbled to be part of this vibrant community; giving back has never tasted better!

Terms & Conditions

Applications are subject to approval. Retail spaces are provided in 10 foot by 10 foot spaces.  Exhibitors Rules and RegulationI acknowledge that all table, tents serving pieces, heating equipment refrigeration ect. Are the sole responsibility of the food vendor.  I understand that any other equipment and/or food safety guidelines procedures required by the of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the fire safety guidelines of the Hilton Head Township Fire Department are my sole responsibility. Please bring everything you need to set up your booth space and be sure to take all trash when you leave; there is a $100 fee for clean-up if required. 
Exhibitors are responsible for having their own Liability Insurance with at least a one million general liability limit.  Included with this application is a Copy of my Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival  as additional insured.  Hold Harmless AgreementIn consideration of your accepting my registration, as a participant in your event, I hereby for myself and, my company, employees, agents, heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my company, employees, agents’ heirs, executors and administrators may have against the Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival , including all representatives who are in any way connected with the Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival .  

Prices

10x10 Space FRIDAY ONLY (Pig Pickin' & Oyster Roast) $350.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Approx. 1,000 people in attendance. Ticket is $125 per person.
Single Space - SATURDAY ONLY (Seafood Festival Main Event) $500.00 Non-refundable 10’ x 10’ Tented Space. One 8’ table with linen provided. Approximately 4,000 people in attendance.
Single Space -FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY EVENTS (SAVE $150) $700.00 Non-refundable 10’x 10’ Space provided with one 8’ table and linen. Space will be tented and security will be provided overnight. This space is for BOTH Friday Pig Pickin’ & Oyster Roast AND Saturday Seafood Festival.
