About the event

The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation was established by The Carmines family with a mission to serve the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton community while honoring their son. Through our annual Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, we work to make a difference in our home and pay tribute to those who have come before us - while sharing some of the best seafood on the Island! Each and every ticket we sell helps to provide funds for non-profits that benefit our beloved Lowcountry, offer meaningful experiences rooted in Southern hospitality, and bring people together with a shared love of seafood. We are proud and humbled to be part of this vibrant community; giving back has never tasted better!

Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors Rules and RegulationI acknowledge that all table, tents serving pieces, heating equipment refrigeration ect. Are the sole responsibility of the food vendor.  I understand that any other equipment and/or food safety guidelines procedures required by the of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the fire safety guidelines of the Hilton Head Township Fire Department are my sole responsibility. Please bring everything you need to set up your booth space and be sure to take all trash when you leave; there is a $100 fee for clean-up if required. 
Exhibitors are responsible for having their own Liability Insurance with at least a one million general liability limit.  Included with this application is a Copy of my Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival  as additional insured.  Hold Harmless AgreementIn consideration of your accepting my registration, as a participant in your event, I hereby for myself and, my company, employees, agents, heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my company, employees, agents’ heirs, executors and administrators may have against the Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival , including all representatives who are in any way connected with the Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival .  

Prices

Single Space For Culinary $500.00 Non-refundable Food Trucks Receive up to 30' spaces for the one registration. If you need more than 30' in length you will need to purchase TWO spaces. Restaurants (No Foodtruck) Receive a 10’ x 10’ Tented Space. Two 8’ table with linen provided. By submitting this application you agree to serve from 1:00 - 5:00 PM. 2024 Attendance was 7,000+ People.
