Food Truck Application

The Carrollton Merry Market will be set up in the East Carrollton Rec parking lot, adjacent to our new ice skating rink. There are not exclusive vendors per product category, however, each category type will have very limited vendors.

In the event of inclement weather, we will contact vendors via Eventeny. 

Merry Market hours are 10am-3pm however food trucks may stay until the rink closes at 9pm.

Food Truck Vendors:

• Must be housed in a food truck and are subject to city permit requirements.
• Submit a copy of your business license and ServSafe certification with application.
• Must supply own water and generator.
• Electricity is not provided.
• If in a trailer, you must detach from your vehicle. 
• Food trucks will need to have a current inspection with the Carrollton Fire Marshal. This is non-negotiable and inspections from other municipalities/counties will not be accepted.
