PumpkinFest 2025 Silver Jubilee It is Havana’s largest family festival that returns for its 25th year on Saturday, October 11, 2025. With more than 7,000 people in attendance in 2024, the festival stretches along Main Street and its side avenues and offers tons of festive fun for people of all ages! Terms & Conditions

Vendors must have permits and licenses as required by law and adhere to all safety procedures as required. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tables, tents, etc. Event officials reserve the right to refuse the display/sale of any item that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise not in keeping with the family atmosphere of the festival. No political materials or decorations are allowed. Electricity is limited and must be requested and paid for at the time of application. Each booth granted electricity will be allowed an outlet and must provide own 100-foot heavy-duty outdoor UL approved extension cord. Vendors cooking food onsite must have tents made fire retardant materials. Vendor must recapture any wastewater, cooking materials and all personal trash. Vendors are responsible for site cleanup at the time of the event closure and vendors must carry boxes and packing materials with them. Tents and equipment must remain inside the rented booth space. Sidewalks must be kept clear for shoppers. Vendors may not set up chairs, boxes or other items on the sidewalks. No pets are allowed. Vendors must remain in place until 4:00 unless otherwise advised by the Event Coordinator. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to expenses incurred by Havana Main Street to support the event.

Application fees	$10.00	Non-refundable	There is a non-refundable application fee which is charged upon approval.
Single 10x10 Booth	$100.00	Non-refundable	You are purchasing a 10x10 space which WILL NOT BE USED FOR FOOD PREPERATION.
Double 10x20 Booth	$200.00	Non-refundable	You are purchasing a 10x20 space which WILL NOT BE USED FOR FOOD PREPREATION.
Fee for Electricity	$35.00	Non-refundable	Select this option If you require electricity. Limited 15 amp service is available. If you do not indicate that you need electricity at this time, you will not be guaranteed a space that has electricity available. You must bring a 100-foot heavy-duty outdoor UL approved extension cord.

By signing this application I agree to comply with all state and local requirements as well as the rules stated within this application. I understand that I am required to secure any licenses/permits, etc. required by all governing authorities that may have jurisdiction over products to be sold as described above. I will remain open during the times set for the event. I hereby release and forever discharge from liability the Town of Havana, the Havana Main Street, and/or the event, its sponsors and their affiliated companies, businesses, officers, agents and employees. I will NOT hold event or event organizers responsible for loss due to theft, damage or acts of God. I understand that this event in no way guarantees any returns or benefits.
