About the application
This is a Smithtown Historical Society fund raising event with an admission fee for patrons. This event has historical reenactments throughout the day on the picturesque grounds with farm animals.
No smoking or vaping. Canopies must be weighted on all corners.
No political, knockoff, weapons, obscene, drug paraphernalia merchandise sales.

Terms & Conditions
Rain date is August 24th. No refunds or credits if you can't attend the rain date or both dates are rained out. The Historical Society will make decision on the rain date. Setup will start a 9:00am no vehicles on the grounds after 11am, parking is nearby. Spaces will be on the grass alongside the gravel path.
