This is a Smithtown Historical Society fund raising event with an admission fee for patrons. This event has historical reenactments throughout the day on the picturesque grounds with farm animals.

No smoking or vaping. Canopies must be weighted on all corners.

No political, knockoff, weapons, obscene, drug paraphernalia merchandise sales.

Smithtown Heritage Fair at Smithtown historical society grounds. August 23 12-4pm with a rain date August 24. Spaces are 10'X10'. Arts, crafts, and new merchandise vendors are welcome. Food trucks. Live entertainment throughout the day including war enactments. Hours are 12-4. Admission fee for patrons is $10. This is a Smithtown Historical Society fund raising event.

Rain date is August 24th. No refunds or credits if you can't attend the rain date or both dates are rained out. The Historical Society will make decision on the rain date. Setup will start a 9:00am no vehicles on the grounds after 11am, parking is nearby. Spaces will be on the grass alongside the gravel path.

10'x10' Space for merchandise sales	$75.00	Non-refundable	Face painting, crochet plush, 3d printed toys, honey categories are filled. Non prepackaged foods category filled.
10'x10' Space for local non profit	$50.00	Non-refundable	Include proof of non profit status.
10'x10' Space for Business Promotion non merchandise sales	$150.00	Non-refundable	For non merchandise sales. Filled categories are life insurance, windows, gutters.
