Event Partner Application

Partner with Us for the 2025 Back to School Bash at Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper! This is a FREE Community Event, and we’re inviting local businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to partner with us in making it an unforgettable experience for families. This is a high-visibility opportunity to promote your brand, serve the community, and connect with local families in a positive and impactful way.

• Free to attend & free to participate
• Family-friendly activities, games, and interactive stations
• Hosted at Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper (1091 S Preston Rd. Prosper, TX 75078)

📢 What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking partners to host interactive booths or activity stations (not sales tables). While no sales are permitted, you’re welcome to bring:

• Promotional materials
• Free branded giveaways
• Interactive demos, crafts, or games
• Family-focused activities that align with the spirit of the event

Please Note: This is not a vendor fair. No items may be sold at the event. Submitting the interest form does not guarantee acceptance. All submissions will be reviewed to ensure a balanced and engaging lineup for our guests.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation as a partner at a Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper community event:

• Arrival & Set-Up

  • All partners must arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:30 PM on the day of the event.

  • Set-up must be completed and ready no later than 4:50 PM.

  • Late arrivals may forfeit their reserved space and participation.

• Sales & Transactions

  • Absolutely no selling or transactions of any kind are permitted during the event.

  • Partners may distribute promotional materials, giveaways, business cards, or branded merchandise free of charge.

• Booth Placement

  • Booth / Activity locations will be assigned at the discretion of the Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper Marketing Director.

• Community Event Guidelines

  • This is a family-friendly, community-centered event. All displays, materials, and interactions must reflect a positive and respectful environment.

  • Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper reserves the right to request removal of any material or setup that is deemed inappropriate or misaligned with our values.

• Equipment & Materials

  • Partners are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, signage, and materials unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Access to electricity or Wi-Fi is not guaranteed.

• Weather & Cancellation

  • Events are held rain or shine unless otherwise communicated. In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper may cancel or reschedule the event.

• Indemnification

  • By participating, you agree to hold harmless Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper, its operators, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the event.
