Sweet Bee's Honey Festival & Artisan Market 2025 at Bally's Resort Casino in Lincoln, RI

This application is for vendors who wish to participate in Sweet Bee's Honey Festival & Artisan Market 2025 at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Resort Casino in Lincoln, RI, which will feature tastings & sales of honeys and honey-related products, baked goods, specialty foods, ready-to-eat foods, cheeses, chocolates, craft beverages (meads, wines, spirits and cider) and more, as well as a curated selection of fine artisan products.

Corporate sponsorship is available (email: vendors@sweetbeeshoneyfest.com / subject: Sponsorship).

Baum Image Group, Inc., reserves the right to reject any vendor for any reason including, but not limited to, avoiding excessive product duplication and providing the best product mix for our guests. VENDORS MUST BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT THEY PLAN TO OFFER AT SWEET BEE'S HONEY FESTIVAL & ARTISAN MARKET. Products not specified on your application are subject to potential removal at the festival, if they are duplicative of other vendors in a limited category or not allowed (CBD, tobacco, etc.).

Once approved, ALL required paperwork (such as Certificates of Insurance, Kitchen License, Alcohol License, etc.) must be submitted as soon as possible and no less than thirty days prior to the event.

ALL FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED. WE ARE WORKING UNDER BALLY'S FOOD HANDLING PERMIT, AS WELL AS THEIR ALCOHOL LICENSE, AND VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. 

ALL VENDOR BOOTHS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.

HANDMADE / ARTISAN VENDORS:

1) YOU AGREE TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT AND NOT BREAK DOWN YOUR BOOTH EARLY.

2) BOOTHS ARE REQUIRED TO LOOK VERY NICE AND BE KEPT CLEAN AND WELL-ORGANIZED THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

3) BRING YOUR OWN TABLES (UNLESS RENTED VIA THIS APPLICATION) AND COVER THEM WITH YOUR OWN ATTRACTIVE TABLECLOTHS THAT COVER YOUR TABLES ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR IN THE FRONT AND ON THE SIDES. 

4) BRING YOUR OWN SIGNS AND BANNERS. S-HOOKS WILL PROVIDED FOR HANGING BANNERS.

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS ONLY:

1) YOU AGREE TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT AND NOT BREAK DOWN YOUR BOOTH EARLY.

2) BOOTHS ARE REQUIRED TO LOOK VERY NICE AND BE KEPT CLEAN AND WELL-ORGANIZED THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

3) BRING YOUR OWN TABLES (UNLESS RENTED VIA THIS APPLICATION) AND COVER THEM WITH YOUR OWN ATTRACTIVE TABLECLOTHS THAT COVER YOUR TABLES ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR IN THE FRONT AND ON THE SIDES. 

4) BRING YOUR OWN SIGNS AND BANNERS. S-HOOKS WILL PROVIDED FOR HANGING BANNERS.

5) YOU AGREE TO ALL SAFE FOOD HANDLING GUIDELINES/PROCEDURES INCLUDING KEEPING HOT FOODS HOT (ABOVE 140 DEGREES) AND COLD FOODS COLD (BELOW 40 DEGREES).

6) YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE GUESTS WITH SAMPLES -- THIS IS A CRITICAL COMPONENT OF OUR EVENT AND THERE WILL BE VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. ANY EXCEPTIONS (DUE TO SPECIFIC TECHNICAL ISSUES) REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL BY BAUM IMAGE GROUP, INC.

7) IN THE EVENT THAT YOU RUN OUT OF PRODUCT TO SELL, YOU AGREE TO NOT BREAK DOWN YOUR BOOTH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND TO CONTINUE SAMPLING UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT.

8) BOOTHS ARE REQUIRED TO LOOK VERY NICE AND BE KEPT CLEAN AND WELL-ORGANIZED THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

9) BRING YOUR OWN TABLES (UNLESS RENTED VIA THIS APPLICATION) AND COVER THEM WITH YOUR OWN ATTRACTIVE TABLECLOTHS THAT COVER ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR IN THE FRONT AND ON THE SIDES. 

By participating in this event, you agree to our General Photo Release that allows photographs and videos of you, your staff, your booth and your products to be used by Baum Image Group, Inc., in documenting and promoting Sweet Bee's Honey Festival now and at any time in the future.

Vendor booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
