Junetenth Family Day Celebration Vendors and Performers

ROCC is gearing up for an unforgettable Juneteenth Family Day Celebration on June 19th, and we’re looking for Black owned vendors and community agencies to to be part of this vibrant celebration! 🎉

If you offer event services, catering, wellness programs, business solutions, or community resources, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with a diverse audience and showcase your expertise.

📍 Location: Dodge Nature Center 1701 Charlton St WSP MN 55118 📅 Date: June 19, 2025

1. Each application will be juried through a panel of people to determine if the vendor is committed to the equality of all members of the BLACK community and if what they are offering is relevant to the community.
   
2. Your application is pending until you receive notification that you have been approved. 

• This event is outdoors; therefore, vendors need to provide a 10’x10’ tent with weights, tables, and chairs.
• 20 pounds per canopy leg is required.
• Electricity is not available – portable generators are permitted.
• Vendors are required to stay on-site for the full duration of the event.
• This is a rain-or-shine event. Event will be held unless weather conditions include a tornado warning or the festival directors decide conditions constitute park evacuation.

• No music that can be heard outside of your tent area. We will have entertainment on-site. 
• Price and terms of sale are between the buyer and seller. Vendors agree to demonstrate fair business practices.

All vendors are required to bring their own tent, table, and chairs for setup. In the spirit of community engagement, each vendor must also provide a complimentary item for guests.

⏰ Setup Time: Vendors must be fully set up by: 4:45 PM Breakdown Time: Vendors must begin dismantling their space no earlier than 7:45 PM
