Juneteenth BBQ Kick-off Celebration Vendors and Performers

ROCC is gearing up for an unforgettable Juneteenth BBQ Kick-Off on June 8th, and we’re looking for top-tier service vendors to be part of this vibrant celebration! 🎉

If you offer wellness programs, business solutions, or community resources, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with a diverse audience and showcase your expertise.

All vendors are required to bring their own tent, table, and chairs for setup. Additionally, vendors must provide a complimentary item for guests to enhance the community experience.

🚗 Unloading & Parking: Vendors may unload their equipment at their assigned tents but must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area on Wentworth once unloading is complete.

⏰ Setup Time: Vendors must be fully set up by 1:45 PM 

Breakdown Time: Vendors must begin dismantling their space no earlier than 5:45 PM

     • Participation is at the attendees’ own risk.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  Photography & Media

  • By attending, guests agree to potential photography or video recording for promotional purposes.

  • Any concerns regarding media use can be addressed with event organizers.
