Evening of the Arts is looking to interest local businesses, organizations, and community members in a booth space to share the arts at the Lawrenceville Lawn. All participants will be provided a 10 x 10 booth space but must provide their own tent, table, chairs, and any additional art supplies. We want to provide our event participants with a variety of free art experiences. We will likely not accept multiples of the same activity.

Some suggestions/ideas:

  • String Art
  • Collaborative Art Pieces
  • Sand Art
  • Origami Station
  • Eco-Friendly Art Projects
  • Collaborative Paint by Numbers
  • Friendship Bracelet Station (Taken)
  • Coloring Book Station (Taken)
  • Macramé Activity

This application is for interested parties who want to offer an interactive activity at their booth. Guests will need to participate in some kind of activity, art project, etc.  We want our community members to feel drawn toward your booth in a fun and positive way, thus creating a positive connection between your business/organization and our community. By choosing to host an activity booth, you have the opportunity to spend more time with each guest and really allow the connection to foster and grow.  This event is from 4 PM to 9 PM. However, vendors will be loading between 2:00 PM and  3:00 PM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 4:00 PM. Application approvals for this event will take place throughout June and July. Additional load-in information will be sent via email on the Monday before the event.  Evening of the Arts features live music and entertainment throughout, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event.
