Food Vendor Application

Bands, Bikes, & Brews will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Fox Pointe | 18138 Henry Street, Lansing, IL. This application is for all food vendors interested in participating. 

Application fee $125 

Tentative schedule

Vendor set up: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Hours: 1:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Bike Show: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Awards: 6:00 p.m.

Rules and Guidelines

All vendors must submit a copy of their business license from the city where the business is located and/or licensed certification as a food vendor from a recognized and approved agency. 

All vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the Village of Lansing.

All vendors must provide their own set-up including tent, weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc. All tents must be secured using weights. Vendor cannot stake into the ground. 

Fox Pointe does have strong WIFI in which all vendors will have access to run their POS system. 

If vending out of a tent and cooking on-site in the grass or pavement, vendor must provide a tarp to prevent grease spills, etc. 

Vendors may not solicit or place signage for other events or businesses other than your own, unless approved by the Event Organizer.  

All vendors must be set-up by 12:00 p.m. 

All vehicles must be removed from event grounds by 12:00 p.m. If you need to bring in items after that, please bring a cart to haul your items.  

All vendors must be prepared and ready to serve when gates open at 1:00 p.m. 

All vendors must remain open until the event ends at 10:00 p.m. (Early breakdown will be at the discretion of the Event Organizer.)  

Vehicles may be brought in at 10:30 p.m. or once all patrons have cleared the grounds. Staff will inform all vendors of changes. 

I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Village of Lansing, Fox Pointe, and all event staff, representing or affiliated with the Bands, Bikes, & Brews event from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of my participation in this event. I further certify that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all event rules and guidelines.
