Country Night of Hope – Bear Strong

By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booth Fee & Proceeds:
   • Each 10x10 booth space is $150.
   • All booth fees are non-refundable and will go directly to support Jon Absey and his family.

2. Booth Setup:
   • Vendors must be fully set up no later than 4:00 PM.
   • VIP ticket holders will begin arriving at 5:00 PM.

3. What’s Provided:
   • You will receive a marked 10x10 space.
   • Vendors must bring all tables, chairs, tents, displays, and any necessary equipment.

4. Licensing & Sales Tax:
   • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax and ensuring they meet all local licensing requirements.

5. Conduct & Content:
   • All vendors must act respectfully and professionally.
   • No items promoting hate, illegal activity, or inappropriate content may be sold or displayed.

6. Clean-Up:
   • Vendors are expected to leave their area clean and free of trash.
   • Failure to do so may affect participation in future events.

7. Weather Disclaimer:
   • This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

8. Cancellation:
   • No refunds will be given for vendor cancellations.
   • If you must cancel, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

9. Indemnification:
   • Vendors agree to hold harmless the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce, the City of Eagle Mountain, R&R Tactical, GATS Entertainment, American Legion Post 111 and all affiliated event partners from any liability or claims resulting from participation.
