Country Night of Hope – Bear Strong

By participating as a food vendor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Arrival & Set-Up:
   • Food trucks must be on-site and fully set up no later than 4:00 PM.
   • VIP guests will begin arriving at 5:00 PM.

2. Donation Agreement:
   • There is no vendor fee; however, each food truck agrees to donate 10% of gross sales from the event to benefit Jon Absey and his family.
   • Donations must be submitted within 5 business days of the event. Payment instructions will be provided in the post-event email.

3. Self-Sufficiency:
   • You are responsible for all power, water, waste, lighting, and operational needs.
   • No access to venue utilities will be provided.

4. Licensing & Insurance:
   • Food trucks must carry a current business license, health permit, and liability insurance.
   • Proof of insurance and permits may be requested before or during the event.

5. Conduct:
   • Vendors must behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, and other vendors.
   • Absolutely no discriminatory, offensive, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.

6. Clean-Up:
   • Vendors are required to clean up their area completely, including trash and grease disposal.
   • Failure to do so may result in exclusion from future events.

7. Cancellations:
   • If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another vendor.

8. Indemnification:
   • Vendors agree to hold harmless the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce, the City of Eagle Mountain, R&R Tactical, GATS Entertainment, American Legion Post 111 and all affiliated event partners from any liability or claims resulting from participation.
