| Vendor Booth Fee | $50.00 | Non-refundable | This includes a 10'x20' booth space. All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment. |
| Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Any violations of the vendor rules and regulations may result in a Non-Compliance / Damage Fee charge at time of occurrence and possible non-acceptance for future events. |
| Late Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the June 2, 2025, deadline. Vendors who move-in after the approved window will be charged a late fee at time of occurrence. |
