CCAF2025 - Artisans/Exhibitors Application

Non-Food Vendors: Spend TWO (2) days, October 18th & 19th, with us and market your ceramics, note & gift cards, florals, handmade jewelry (FULL), painted glassware, natural soaps, candles (FULL), handcrafted clothing items, items for pets, woodcrafted items, paintings, and other arts & crafts to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF) goers and competitors. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential. USE Food & Beverage Vendor Application if not an artisan
 
We will have an Artisan/Exhibitors marketplace and will strive to minimize duplication of products. Priority is given to solo entrepreneurs and Small Businesses located in the surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina area. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. You are REQUIRED to be on-site both days, October 18th and 19th, from 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in-advance set-up time.
 
We are accepting submissions from the following categories:
Jewelry (FULL), Bags/Handbags, Accessories, Woodcraft, Photographic Art, Intuitive or Metaphysical Gifts, Clothing, Children's Products, Candles (FULL), Bath & Body Products, Stationery Items & Supplies, Home Decor, Live Drawing, Tarot Reading, Live Henna, Balloon Making, Artwork, and Other (fill in).
CCAF2025 will take place at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF is produced and sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, Jerry's Artarama, NoDa Brewing Company, and Eventful Expressions NPC.

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form. CCAF2025 is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT EXCEPT FOR SEVERE WEATHER – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED. CCAF2025 committee reserves the right to CLOSE the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refund to the vendor. We reserve the right to POSTPONE the festival before October 18th should there be an in-advance warning of extreme weather, without refund to the vendor. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to a TBD date, and all approved vendors will retain their space, without refund to the vendor.
