About the application

Food Truck Spots Sold Out - Spend two (2) days, October 18th & 19th, with us and market your Food & Beverage offerings to our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival goers and competitors. Your offerings cannot compete with NoDa Brewing offerings. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential.
 
Our food and beverage marketplace will strive to keep duplication of products to a minimum. Priority goes to local providers in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We will NOT ACCEPT MLM OR DIRECT SALES applications. Not all who apply will be accepted. Payment is NOT EXPECTED until your application is approved. You are REQUIRED to be onsite BOTH days, October 18th and 19th, 12 pm to 5 pm with a one-hour in advance set-up time.
CCAF2025 takes place at the NoDa Brewing Company North End location, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206. CCAF is produced and sponsored by Creative Canvas Productions, LLC, Eventful Expressions NPC, Jerry's Artarama, and NoDa Brewing Company's North End location.

About the event

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF), a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival, will be held at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206, on October 18th and 19th from 12pm to 5pm each day. CCAF features a street chalk art competition for ages 12-17 and 18+. Festival goers will watch and cheer on the competitors and the artists creating the street chalk art gallery while enjoying various art-focused activities, music, and performance offerings, patronizing our curated arts, crafts, retail, food, and beverage vendors.

Terms & Conditions

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form. CCAF is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT EXCEPT IF SEVERE WEATHER – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED. CCAF committee reserves the right to CLOSE the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refund to vendor. We reserve the right to POSTPONE the festival prior to October 19th should there be an in advance warning of extreme weather, without refund to vendor. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to a TBD date and all approved vendors will retain their space, without refund to vendor.

You will be contacted if selected, and upon agreeing to participate, you will be charged the full non-refundable price.
