Whether you specialize in fresh bouquets, memorial arrangements, or unique floral art, we welcome you to share your craft and be part of our mission to honor life and legacy with grace and compassion.

Rose Hill Memorial Park – Community Events

By submitting an application as a florist vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Florist vendor applications are subject to review and approval by Rose Hill Memorial Park.

• We reserve the right to approve vendors whose offerings align with the nature of our events and uphold a respectful, family-friendly environment.

• All vendor fees must be paid in full prior to participation.

• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by Rose Hill Memorial Park.

• Late payments may result in loss of vendor space.

• Florist vendors may sell fresh flowers, arrangements, potted plants, memorial bouquets, and appropriate floral decor.

• All products must be tasteful, respectful, and suitable for a memorial and community setting.

• Artificial flowers or specialty memorial items are permitted if pre-approved.

• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, tents, signage, and displays.

• Setup and breakdown must be completed within the designated times provided prior to the event.

• Vendors must leave their area clean and free of debris.

• Vendors must conduct business in a professional, respectful manner.

• No disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate displays or behavior will be allowed.

• All vendors must comply with local health, safety, and business regulations.

• Rose Hill Memorial Park is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred during the event.

• Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry liability insurance.

• Events proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe.

• In the case of cancellation by Rose Hill Memorial Park, vendors will be notified promptly and may receive credit toward a future event.

• Vendors grant Rose Hill Memorial Park permission to use photos, videos, and media taken at the event for promotional purposes.

• Vendor space is assigned based on event layout and logistics.

• Requests for specific placement will be considered but are not guaranteed.

• Submission of the florist vendor application signifies your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
