Who can apply?

This application is specifically for wine, whiskey or other alcohol vendors to vend at the Sweater Weather Social on 9/27/25.

By submitting this application, you validate that your business is licensed to retail alcohol directly to consumers within the state of Maryland, and holds all required permits for off-site sale of alcohol to consumers in the state of Maryland and in Prince George's County.

What are the event hours?

All vendors will be expected to arrive to set-up between 9am-9:30am, and to break down no earlier than 5pm. Attendees will have early access to the grounds starting at 10am, with general admission and vending opening at 11am.

How long is the application process from start to finish?

An applicant can complete filling out the application in 8-10 minutes, including time to upload required logos, photos and files.

Single Booth (10'x10')	$80.00	Non-refundable	VENDING FEE The vendor fee will be charged as soon as your application is approved. This fee is nonrefundable. Vendor fee includes: - Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. - Event entry for 2-3 team members - Social media spotlight BOOTH SPACE/EQUIPMENT Each applicant is responsible for set-up and arrangement of own space. - All vendors are responsible for providing their own tents. - Vendors are expected to provide booth signage, staff and any other equipment/supplies. All displays must be easily removable. - There is no electricity or WiFi onsite. Booth location is assigned based on availability and at the discretion of event organizers. The use of the booth is restricted to the applicant to whom it is assigned, and booths may not be shared by multiple vendors.
