Welcome to the 4th Annual Mountain Top Jeep Invasion event!

 

We are excited to have you and your business join us as one of the few Food Truck Vendors!

 

Please be prepared to provide a copy of your permits issued by your state to the Habersham Environmental Health Department.

   4. Food Seller's Permit

   5. Employee Health Permit

 

Please be advised there may be a fee that is charged by the Habersham Environmental Health Department in addition to your registration fee for the Invasion.  The HEHD will also be on~site the morning of the show to do inspections.  

 

ALL VENDORS are required to work with the HEHD and all information must be received by them a MINIMUM OF 30~DAYS prior to the event.

 

 

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Calling all Jeep Fanatics & Jeep Clubs from across the region! Get ready for the upcoming Fourth Annual ** MOUNTAIN TOP JEEP INVASION ** hosted by the Mountain Top Jeepers! All Jeep® enthusiasts and Jeep Clubs in the region are invited to join. This spectacular event will now be a ** 2~DAY VENDOR EVENT ** and will feature a variety of Jeep-related offerings to include parts, lights, fabrication, lifts, suspension, on~site window tinting, tires, accessories and more. We will close out the event on Sunday with a morning Jeep ride! This year, the event will also support the Whispering Angels Youth Ranch with a minimum of 50% of the proceeds being donated. As an attendee, you can look forward to Jeep Vendors, your next mod ideas, window tinting on~site, Food Trucks, Show & Shine, Raffles and a 50/50 Cash Drawing. And, you will also have the chance to meet the One & Only KELLY WILLIAMSON from the acclaimed TV Series THE MOONSHINERS! *** VENDOR TIME SCHEDULE *** FRIDAY, MARCH 13TH: Gates Open: 1:00pm ~ 5:00pm SATURDAY, MARCH 14TH: Gates Open: 10:00am ~ 4:00pm ** SHOW & SHINE ** Friday evening, we will have the "Best Light Display" competition at the kick~off party. The Kick~Off Party will be hosted by La Cabana Mexican Restaurant in Helen, GA! They are locally owned & have been serving Helen for over 20 years! Registration will cut~off at 7:30pm with winner announcement at 8:30pm. Saturday Show & Shine Additional Categories Registration Cut~Off: 2:30pm Saturday Show & Shine Winner Announcements: 3:00pm Raffles ~ begin at 3:30pm ** FRIDAY EVENING KICK~OFF PARTY ** The Mountain Top Jeepers will be hosting the Mountain Top Jeep Invasion Kick~Off Party starting at 6:00pm. ** SUNDAY RIDE ** The details are currently being worked out and will be updated on the ride times & location! Additional Items to know: **FREE ** Parking 1~Day Admission is $7.00/ea or 2~day Admission is $10.00/ea (ages 12 & up) ** Fairground Rules & Regulations ** The following items are *NOT* permitted on the fairground property: ~ Firearms of any type ~ Cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc. Pets are welcome. Please remember they must be on a leash (or in a stroller) at all times, and you are responsible for cleaning up after them. We appreciate your partnership in honoring the above rules & regulations.

Terms & Conditions

There is access to exterior power.

 

You will need to provide your OWN TRASH CANS for disposal of your product wrappers, boxes, etc.  There are trash cans OUTSIDE OF THE ENTRANCE GATE on~site that you can place your trash in at the end of the event.

Prices

Food Trucks/Trailers (14'W x 20'L) $125.00 Non-refundable The Food Truck/Trailer Space allotted is as a maximum of 14'Wide x 20' Long. You will need to provide your OWN TRASH CANS for disposal of your product boxes, wrappers, etc. There are trash cans OUTSIDE OF THE ENTRANCE GATE on~site that you can place your trash in at the end of the event. The trash cans located INSIDE of the pavilion area are for the attendees (no vendor trash)
Food Cart $70.00 Non-refundable The space that will be allotted for a Food Cart will be a maximum of 14' Long x 14' Wide. You will need to provide your OWN TRASH CANS for disposal of your product boxes, wrappers, etc. There are trash cans OUTSIDE OF THE ENTRANCE GATE on~site that you can place your trash in at the end of the event.
