REFUNDS /CANCELLATION/VENDOR CREDIT: 
 
Buds & Bubbly DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason. No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which Buds & Bubbly has no control.
 
Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the whole market. Any withdrawal/cancellation requests must be requested 1 week in advance of the event to be considered for vendor credit. 
 
By participating and completing an application, applicant agrees to indemnify and hold Buds & Bubbly, their officials, staff, venue, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the Buds & Bubbly, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
Applicants acknowledge that applicants are responsible for the security of their own property and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the Buds & Bubbly. Applicant also understands and agrees that Buds & Bubbly is in no way responsible for applicants property or safekeeping.

Prices

Virtual Vendor $57.97 Non-refundable If you like your business to be presented online to our esteemed guests before and after Buds and Bubbly, join us as a virtual vendor at our online marketplace. You business will be listed in the marketplace section of this event page. Guests can contact you directly. We will also make an instagram story post with your content prior to the event to guide guest to your business. -Upload photos of your products -Share any content you would like us to share -Engage with guests
Food Vendor $185.00 Non-refundable All of our guests have the munchies, serve them your best at Buds & Bubbly. Prices should be between $9-19 for most of your products.
Exhibitor Space $249.97 Non-refundable One vending/exhibit space suitable for one (1) six foot table. Vendor is to supply their own table.
