2025 West End Arts Festival - Food Vendor Registration

This juried art festival is a favorite for both fine artists and families! In addition to shopping for fine art, our annual weekend celebrates the arts with demos & activities, food/wine/beer, kids activities and acoustic music. With live art, too. Fun for all ages. 

• Water will be available from a fire hydrant to be used for clean up only.
• Food Items will be limited to be fair to all vendors participating.  (Example: only one vendor will be allowed to sell pizza).  Although you may list multiple items in your application - you may be asked to reduce items before being accepted.
• Vendors are responsible for charging/paying tax on all food items
• Vendors will be at festival during all show hours.  No exceptions will be made.
• Vendors must comply with all health code ordinances and laws.
• Wnders will be inspected by the local health officer Saturday and Sunday priot to 10am.
• All tables must be govered to ground and booths must be neatly maintained.
• All cars will be parked in designated areas only (POLICE ORDER).
• Vehicles will be cleared from the festival area by 9:30am daily.
