Reserve your 10x10 space for just $15 (spaces are limited).

Tents and tables are not provided, so please bring your own setup.

Food Trucks Welcome!

Food truck spaces are available for $30. Come serve up your specialties and enjoy the day with our vibrant crowd!

Please Note:

We ask all vendors to bring good-quality items only — no broken or heavily worn goods, please. Let’s make this a top-notch experience for all attendees!

Vendors participating in the Handpick Nursery’s First Annual Community Flea Market agree to the following terms and conditions: Vendors must submit all required registration forms and fees by the designated deadline to secure their spot at the event. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for providing their setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and any necessary equipment, and must ensure their booth is safe, professional, and in compliance with local regulations. All sales transactions, including applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the vendor, and Hand Picked Nursery is not liable for any financial discrepancies or disputes. Vendors must remain set up for the entirety of the event (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and agree to keep their area clean and free of debris. In the case of inclement weather, the event will proceed as planned unless otherwise notified, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations. Hand Picked Nursery reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to these terms or engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive. By participating, vendors acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
