Brewery Application

You’re invited to participate as a featured brewery for The Blazin’ Beer Crawl, Georgetown’s original craft beer crawl event. This event was developed to highlight regional craft beer and downtown shopping during a blazin-hot time of year when the only cure for a hot day is an ice cold beer. We aim to increase foot traffic downtown by creating a fun event for all who participate.  

The Crawl will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 1-5 PM in downtown Georgetown. VIP will have early event access from 11-1 PM. General Admission access will be from 1-5 PM. A total of 200 VIP and 400 General Admission tickets will be sold for this event.

Breweries will be represented inside or just outside a downtown retail store and will supply 2 distinct beers (preferably) for attendees to taste. It is recommended to have at least one representative from the brewery present at the table to answer questions about the beer and tell attendees where they can purchase the beer.  Georgetown Main Street will provide a 6' table, black tablecloth, and table sign for your brewery. Marketing materials and brewery swag can be given away at the discretion of the brewery.

To help cross-promote the event, we ask that you list this event on your website and/or Facebook page.

We are planning on 600 guests, and only 16 brewery spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Attendees will have a map with 8 tasting tickets (each ticket is worth a 3 oz. pour).

Please make sure to keep tickets to keep count of the total tastes served that night.  

Breweries must provide the means to dispense products at serving temperature to attendees in sample cups.
