This rain or shine event is held annually in partnership with the Thomas Edison National Historical Park.
Fair attendees will enjoy a beer & wine garden, live bands, strolling entertainment, kids activities, and over 150 food vendors, crafters, artists, and retailers. 2024 attendance was 6000+ people!

Listed prices are good until May 10th, 2025.

Signature event for West Orange that includes beer & wine garden, live music, free entrance to the Thomas Edison Museum, over 150 crafters and food trucks.

Terms & Conditions

All booths require a 10' x 10' tent. Tent size will be strictly enforced. You are required to provide a tent and all furniture needed to support your booth. Vendor inventory must be neatly stored on site and/or out of sight during the fair. Vendor space is limited and participation is subject to organization approval. Once approved your credit card will be charged unless other arrangements have been made. .

Hand Made Craft Vendors 10x10 Booth

Each vendor booth is limited to a 10-foot by 10-foot space. All tents must conform strictly to this 10x10 size requirement. Larger tents will not be permitted, anyone using one will result in forfeiture of your space without a refund. We anticipate a sold-out event, so full compliance is required. Vendors who do not meet the booth size regulations will be turned away at check-in.

Additional information

The maximum tent size allowed is 10x10 feet per space. Any tents larger than this will not be permitted and you will be turned away at check-in. No refunds will be issued for vendors who arrive with tents that do not meet this requirement.Please sign that you understand and agree to this rule.
