Marketplace Vendors (Crafters/Retail/Artists etc)

The Marketplace within the Treasure Coast Boozy Brunch Fest is a great opportunity to showcase your brand to thousands of attendees during this 21+, 5-Hour, All You Can Drink Alcohol and Brunch Themed Event!! Please review the terms & conditions to understand the vendor guidelines. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

1. We are going to be minimizing the total number of available spots in the Marketplace for this event, reviewing all applications to limit the number of same/similar vendors, and showcase vendors with quality products.
2. Vendors will be given access to the Location no less than 24 hours before the Start Time to set up their station and prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Location. Vendor agrees to arrive no later than 2 hours before the event to set up. - Time to be dictated by the Fire Inspector at a later date. Typically all vendors must be fully set up by 9am.
3. Vendors must remove their vehicles once setup, no later than 10:00am.
4. Vendors are responsible for providing their set up, including Tent, Tables, Signage, Power (if needed), Tent stakes and/or tent weights.
5. This Venue does not provide power vendor spots, each vendor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment.
6. Vendors must disclose to the host at the time of submission of their application, if the vendor is bringing a gas generator.
7. Vendors will be required to stop sales at 4:00PM
8. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
9. This is a “Rain or Shine” event, meaning refunds will not be issued if the vendor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.
10. Vendor fees are non-refundable, but in special circumstances can be transferred to another Battle Bros Event.  If the vendor is accepted to participate and withdraws, vendor understands they will lose their vendor fee.
11. Vendors will have the option, and it is preferred that vendors set up on Friday, the day before the event.
12. Host will secure overnight security for the event space Friday night, however, host will not be held responsible for damage/theft of items left overnight.
13. Vendors agree to clean up their spot after the event, leaving the area the way they found it upon setting up.
14. Vendors understand that this is a 21+ Event, where attendees will have access to an open bar for the full duration of the event.  Vendors however will NOT have access to alcohol at the event bars.  Vendors will be given a Vendor Wristband, which will not grant vendors the ability to get alcohol while working the event.
