All vendors must submit an application.
Vendors must arrive and complete setup during designated setup hours.
Booths must remain open and staffed during all official festival hours.
Early teardown is not permitted and may affect future participation.
Booth fees are non-refundable unless the festival is canceled by the organizers.
Full payment is due upon acceptance into the festival.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own displays, coverings, and tables and chairs unless otherwise noted.
All tables must have a display tablecloth.
No electricity is provided.
Displays must be safe, professional, and contained within the assigned booth space.
The Family Gwinnett, its affiliates, and venue are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors assume all liability and responsibility for any damages resulting from their booth or activities.
All vendors must act professionally and respectfully toward festival staff, other vendors, and attendees.
Offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.
The festival is rain or shine unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled.
By submitting an application and payment, the vendor agrees to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by The Family Gwinnett.
