Dates: Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13
Times: 10am - 5pm both days
Location: Space will be assigned on La Grange Road
Booth Fee: $200 for LGBA Members. $300 for non-LGBA Members. Payment in advance is required, and will be immediately refunded if your application is not accepted. This is all handled through the Eventeny site.
Booth Set-Up: You will be assigned a designated 10' x 10' booth space area. You will need to bring your own pop-up tent, if you require one, and all other supplies needed for your booth. Booth should be operational during all Craft Fair hours.
Electricity: The La Grange Business Association will not be providing electricity. Please bring your own generator or power source.
Set up Time: Booth must be fully stocked and operational by 9:00am on Saturday. Booths will be inspected by the Village Health Inspector prior to opening.
Water: There is no access to potable water, but a hydrant is nearby for non-potable water.
Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages may be sold out of your booth at any time.
Grease / Trash: No grease is allowed to be poured on the ground or down any drains. Vendors are responsible for all environmental cleanup. Vendors are responsible to collect and properly bag trash within your booth and to dispose trash in the designated area.
Security: There is no overnight security. The Village of La Grange and the La Grange Business Association will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Health Codes: Food vendors must comply with all health code ordinances and laws and will be inspected prior to opening.
Certificate of Insurance: The La Grange Business Association requires all food vendors to have a Certificate of Insurance (COI). The COI should include the following:
- $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability for occurrences
- $1,000,000 Automobile Liability for Hired Autos and Non-Owned Autos only
- $1,000,000 Umbrella Liability by occurrences.
- The Village of La Grange and La Grange Business Association should be listed as the certificate holders.
