This is an electronic agreement and by filling out this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  Your payment will NOT be processed until you receive an acceptance of your application from us via email. Five Points Fest is the Ultimate East Coast Designer Toy, Street Art, Kaiju/Sofubi, Underground Art, Craft Beer, Illustration, Geek, and Collector Festival! The antidote to the average con, Five Points Fest brings together tastemakers, misfits, and rebels into a one-of-a-kind marketplace. Five Points Fest is a curated celebration of world-class, cutting-edge, designer toys, alternative comics, and independent artists. Featuring crazy monsters, bizarre creatures, awesome robots, weird aliens, and pop culture perversions, we bring together like-minded tribes for a massive party, unlike any con you’ve ever attended! Five Points Festival is not the place to find things you already know, it's a place to discover something new!

This Agreement, Properly Executed by the applicant (Exhibitor), shall, upon written acceptance by Five Points Festival, constitute a valid and binding contract.

Food Truck Agreement: 

— Food vendor must provide and display relevant food permits and acquire all necessary insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to maintain and ensure compliance with all appropriate state, local, and federal health regulations, codes, licenses and insurance. 

— Five Points will provide electrical power via extension cable if needed. The cost will be determined based upon need.

— Generator Power is allowed It is recommended (but not required) that all non-food and amusement vendors have a fire extinguisher at their booth. All booths with generators require a fire extinguisher. 

— Food vendor will be fully set up and ready for food service by 10:00am on Saturday, June 7th and Sunday, June 8th. 

— Food vendor will not begin to load out until 6pm on Saturday, June 7th, and 5 pm on Sunday, June 8th. We will have events running until 10pm on Saturday - please discuss longer hours with us

— Food vendor will provide up to 10 comped meals per day for Five Points Fest Staff and Volunteers.

— Food vendor agrees to vend for the entirety of the show weekend. Vendors who leave the space empty, or fail to show up, will be fined $1000 and banned from exhibiting in the future, except in the case of an emergency. 

—  Vendors and their staff are required to conduct themselves in a polite and professional manner, and must, at all times, act in a manner so as to preserve the safety of all persons present at the event. Vendors must immediately bring any issues with guests, other vendors, or the event to the attention of event staff so that event staff can work to resolve the problem. Unprofessional conduct, including derogatory comments made to any other person at the event, will not be tolerated and may result in the vendor being expelled from the event without refund and may lead to other legal action.

The undersigned also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Five Points Festival & Designer Toys LLC. and/or building owners and tenants of the Festival of any/all liabilities.
